By accessing or using the website 24x7servicehelp.com or booking any service through our platform (online form, phone call or WhatsApp), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

24x7 Service Help is an independent third-party multi-brand home appliance service center providing expert repair, cleaning and maintenance services for:

• Gas Hob (all brands)
• Gas Stove (all brands)
• Kitchen Chimney (all brands)

Our services are available across Delhi NCR including Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad and all areas of Delhi.

• Bookings can be made via our website form, phone call or WhatsApp.
• After booking, our team will call you within 30 minutes to confirm your appointment slot.
• Same-day service is available for bookings made before 12:00 PM, subject to technician availability.
• A confirmed booking does not guarantee a specific technician — we assign the nearest available expert.
• Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or prior service delays.
• The technician will call before arriving at your location.

• All pricing is communicated over phone before the technician visit. There are no hidden charges.
• A visit/inspection fee may apply which will be informed at the time of booking.
• Final repair cost will be quoted by the technician after diagnosis at your location.
• You have the right to accept or decline the repair quote before any work begins.
• Payment is collected after the service is completed to your satisfaction.
• We accept Cash, UPI, GPay, PhonePe and other digital payment methods.
• Prices may vary based on appliance model, fault type and spare parts required.

• All repairs by 24x7 Service Help come with a 90-day service warranty on the specific fault repaired.
• If the same issue recurs within 90 days of repair, we will re-service at no additional charge.
• Warranty does not cover new faults, physical damage, misuse or damage caused by power fluctuations after repair.
• Spare parts used may carry their own manufacturer warranty if applicable.
• Warranty claims must be made by calling our helpline — not via the website form.
• This warranty is provided by 24x7 Service Help and is not a brand manufacturer warranty.

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
• If you cancel after the technician has already departed for your location, a visit charge may apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of technician unavailability, emergencies or force majeure events.
• In case of our cancellation, you will be notified promptly and a new slot will be offered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 24x7 Service Help shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Damage to appliances caused by pre-existing faults discovered during repair.
• Loss of data, income or business resulting from appliance downtime.
• Delays in service due to traffic, weather or technician availability.
• Faults arising from improper use of appliances after our service.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking (name, phone, address, appliance details).
• Ensure an adult (18+) is present at the location during the technician visit.
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance that needs repair.
• Not misuse, abuse or harass our technicians or staff.
• Inform us of any known hazards at your premises before the technician arrives.
• Not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics and design is the property of 24x7 Service Help and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from this website without written permission.
• Brand names and logos mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for reference only.
• Unauthorized use of our content or brand name may result in legal action.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
